Dhamma Padaya – Yamaka Waggaya
If the robed person is not free from the defilements of greed- hatred and does not strive to control their five senses to realise the Four Noble Truths, then it would render one unsuitable to wear the robe.
A person who has controlled their desires and impulses of greed and hatred, disciplined their words and actions while also restraining their senses to comprehend the Four Noble Truths, is worthy of wearing the robe.
