I have comprehended the Four Noble Truths, well knowingly, that can suppress the Kama Thanha (Craving for sensual pleasure) – bhava Thanha (Craving for existence ) – Vibhava Thanha ( Craving for non-existence).
I declare all things about how to be free by eliminating cravings completely.
I would say that the great ‘Nirwana’ is a very praiseworthy pleasure which should be comprehended and accomplished.
