Look at a bubble of water and understand wisely the impermanent nature of its sudden emergence- existence – disappearance.
Wisely understand the magical nature of looking into a mirage and seeing water that is not there.
Look at everything in the world in that way.
The ‘Mara’ cannot see the person who understands the impermanent nature of everything that arises and ceases and the inconstant nature of their willingness -reluctance and refrains from clinging- conflicts.
