Dhamma Padaya – Brahmana Waggaya
I refer to anyone who abandoned lust, eliminated defilements with the frustration of all that held delusionally as ‘I’ and ‘Mine’ and suppressed all forms of worldly impurity with great vigour, as a ‘Brahmana’.
