By understanding wisely, if there is any action within oneself that could cause any regret, from that time should take action of discarding them.
Impurity grows in the person who engages in debased actions by burning with arrogance.

One who starts powerfully and practises ‘Kayanupassana’ frequently accumulates ‘Kusal’ (perfect merits).
He who engages in the right actions by understanding the deeds that bring him good does not engage in inappropriate activities.
Those who act wisely and are conscious eliminate defilements.
