Khuddaka Nikaya- Khuddakapa~tah Pa~li
Remember, this is the Sutra about the exhortation done by the Buddha showing how to experience nirvana healing through the growth of loving-kindness.

Anyone who aspires to know and understand the tranquil ‘Nirwana’, which is the highest and most noble status that can be achieved as a human being, if he wants to be skilful at it, should be able to focus his mind on the steady objective and should be able to maintain his mind obediently on that purpose.
He should not be inferior or arrogant, ignorant, with an obstinate point of view.

Being happy with what he has got, to be satisfied with the least basic necessities, having a relaxed lifestyle freed from the hectic routine,
as well as having disciplined senses, having accurate wisdom, and not being arrogant of own caste, clan, social status and so on, are qualities that he should possess.

He should be able to maintain his lifestyle by disciplining his mind-body and words to avoid even a slight mistake that could cause criticism or condemnations from wise, noble persons and for the sake of goodness for all living beings.

The beings who are frightened because of defilements, those who are free from fear due to the elimination of defilements, all other long- large- medium- short- very small- tiny- huge so on, all big or small living creatures,

All the beings who are known or unknown, or they live far or near, the beings who are visible or invisible such as gods- inhuman- ghosts, who have been born or yet to be born but already have conceived, and so on, he should establish his loving-kindness mind of ‘May all beings be healed’ towards all beings, no matter who they are.

From then onward, he should not despise anyone at anywhere or for any reason. One should live consciously to avoid anger, scolding, and hatred that could arise due to the interrelated reasons of pain and misunderstanding.

How does a mother protect her only son as her own life, in the same way, one should protect one’s infinite compassion for all beings.

He should radiate infinite loving-kindness towards everyone, thinking of all living beings in the world as ‘I’. He should radiate compassion equally without discriminating against all beings living above, below and in all other directions.

He should dwell on being celibate and maintaining his loving-kindness mind at all times of standing, walking, sitting, reclining and being awake until he fell asleep.

This well virtuous noble person who accomplished ‘Samma Dittih’ (the perfect cognition) abandoning the mythic point of view of “I-mine-my-soul” eliminated the craving for sensual pleasure when he comprehended the four noble truths. He prevents himself from returning to a womb definitely by ending the rebirth.
